- Analyzed the brand positioning, location, volume, business format and target population of 28 commercial real estates in operation by 4 leading corporations, helping one of the China’s largest commercial estate groups determine strategic direction in the next five years. - Collected and cleansed China’s import and export data of 8,549 tax items in 21 categories in the past 5 years.
